We are always trying to make our service more reliable and speedy, but we realize that people make mistakes and we are no exception. If you discover something wrong with your order, please take a minute and call 1-866-514-MUSIC. We probably can save you some time and help get any problems solved as soon as possible. Printed on the back of every invoice sent, (or included separately in your shipment) are our friendly Customer Service guidelines. As a convenience, they are also listed below.

We endeavor to review major national catalogs and competing websites to guarantee that you always get the lowest price. When you order from American Music Solutions, you can be confident that you are getting the best possible deal. If you find a lower price somewhere else, there is typically a reason; not all merchandise is identical, and not all dealers stand behind their goods becuase they are NOT authorized US retailers of the product.  Only purchasing from an authorized US retailer will entitle you to full warranty on a specific product. So do shop carefully. 

Low Price Guarantee: We will match any price on any item, plus give you an additional 10% of the difference. Simply call us prior to your purchase with the item you want and where you found a lower, publicly delivered price for less and we will match or beat that price, plus 10% of the difference. Please note that we must match each item term for term and the prices must be verifiable or plainly advertised to the public via print or a reseller's web site. The delivered price of an item or order is the entire cost to you of the identical merchandise, currently available, delivered to your home using an identical shipping method and any applicable tax collected by the retailer. If a competitor is $5 less on the product, but charges $60 more for shipping, we've still got the lowest price. If a local store is $5 less on a product, but collected $30 more for tax, we've still got the lowest price. Some sites will have a lower price BUT add very high shipping charges.  Beware of competitors charging hidden shipping amounts and extra handling fees. Our guarantee applies only to identical merchandise. This means the merchandise must be factory-fresh new inventory offered by authorized U.S. retailers/resellers in accordance with their dealer agreements in their own sales channels -- in a store, on their official website, in their catalog, in a newspaper ad. We will need evidence of the competing offer sufficient to verify that the offer meets the criteria outlined above. This varies from circumstance to circumstance.
EBay, Amazon.com and other auction based sites (or resellers that sell returned or refurbished product), and offers mentioned to you verbally (whether in person or on the phone) are excluded from this policy and will not be matched. Our guarantee applies only to identical merchandise. This means the merchandise must be factory-fresh new inventory offered by authorized U.S. retailer only online in accordance with their dealer agreements on their official website. The Value PAK™ will not be included along with any price match guarantee.  Customers may choose either the price match guarantee or the Value PAK™.  They can not be combined.

We do not beat prices on used gear.

We do not beat prices on items that are no longer current or for merchandise that is no longer available.
· We do not beat prices mentioned to you only verbally, whether in person or on the phone.

We cannot sell a product for less than it costs us to buy it and deliver it to you.
· We do not beat prices from classified ads or auctions (open or closed), regardless of whether the merchandise is new or used.
· We do not beat prices on discontinued items, closeouts, demos, items not in stock, or items out of the box (even from authorized dealers).
· We do not beat prices on shopping channels as this is not an authorized website and often contains outdated information

How do you get us to beat another price?

Shipping: We make every effort to ship the same day you place your order, or the very next day. Some special order items may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Most of our items are shipped via UPS. Some of our larger items are shipped via Freight or Truck to your curb. If your location requires additional loading or delivery, the you are responsible for any additional charges for added service.

All of our items are carefully packaged before shipped out. It is your responsibility as the recipient to inspect your package before the delivery driver leaves.
Never accept a damaged package. If there is any noticeable damage to the shipping container (i.e. crushed box, dented side, etc.) you should refuse the package or accept it with the understanding that it may or may not be able to be fixed. We accept no responsibility for international shipments. No returns are accepted from international sales or shipments.
Layaway
We do offer a layaway plan. You may purchase any item on layaway (plus shipping and handling) with a minimum of 10% down. You can then set up to six (6) monthly charges on your credit card in which we will charge your credit card for an amount you specify, plus a small convenience fee of $3.00, however all layaway accounts must be paid-in-full within six (6) months. Once the item is paid for, we will ship it to you.

Digital Hymnal and Value PAK™ Merchandise
You must first call us within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipping date. Thereafter, all sales are final.  If you have called within the 30 day window, we will issue you a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA).  Returns sent COD or "shipping collect" will be refused.  Returns received with invalid, expired, or no RMA number on the label may be refused or, if accepted, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes any Value PAK™ items. The RMA number will be valid for seven (7) calendar days. Therefore, the returned item (with an RMA) must be physically received by us within seven (7) calendar days to receive a refund. Items received after the seven (7) day window will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all items, including Value PAK™ items.  All returns must be in original packaging. All shipping and handling charges, both directions, are the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Items that are returned scratched, damaged, written on, mishandled or missing accessories or any original packaging or documentation, blank warranty card will be subject to additional charges determined by the American Music Solutions repair department. We strongly suggest using United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx when shipping returns. The US Post Office is not a preferred carrier for boxes or parcels. The return & exchange process will be as follows: 1) Call American Music Solutions within 30 days of the Invoice Date to receive the required Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Thereafter, all sales are final.  2) American Music Solutions will provide you with the correct address to ship the return to. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments, delayed shipments, misrouted shipments or international shipments. No returns are accepted from international sales or shipments and all warranties are null and void on product shipped out of the USA unless specified differently at time of sale and stated on customers invoice.

Call us within ten (10) days of the order date and let us know and we will give you a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Returned packages without the required RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned. The RMA number will be valid for seven (7) days. The returned item (with an RMA) must be physically received by us within seven (7) days to receive a refund.  A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned/cancelled orders. All returns must be in original packaging. All shipping and handling charges, both directions, are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are returned scratched, damaged or missing accessories or any original packaging or documentation will be subject to additional charges determined by the American Music Solutions repair department. The return & exchange process will be as follows: 1) Call American Music Solutions to receive the required Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2) American Music Solutions will provide you with the address to ship the return to. We accept no responsibility for international shipments. No returns are accepted from international sales or shipments and all warranties are null and void on product shipped out of the USA.
